Terms of Service

By using iCart Arcade you agree to these terms. iCart Arcade is a licensed, browser-based platform for playing classic games, competing on ladders, and (where available) playing online with others.

Eligibility & use of the service

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with applicable laws. Do not misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Licensed content

Games are provided for in-browser play under license from their respective rights holders. They are not sold, and are not made available for download. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the underlying game files or circumvent the platform’s content protections. All game titles, artwork, and content remain the property of their owners — see our catalog attribution page.

Publisher licensing

Games are offered under license from their individual publishers. Licensing granted by each publisher is shown below and updated as agreements are finalized.

Accounts

Some features (saving progress, high scores, ladders, and multiplayer) require an account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Fair play & competitive integrity

Ladders, scores, and speedruns are meant to be earned honestly. Do not cheat, tamper with game state or score data, automate inputs, exploit bugs for ranking, or otherwise undermine competitive integrity. We may verify runs, and we may remove scores or accounts that violate these rules.

Paid features

The core experience is free. Certain features may be offered as paid options in the future. Any pricing, billing, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase.

Your content

You retain rights to content you create (such as profile information). You grant us the rights needed to operate and display the service. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

Availability & changes

We may change, add, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the venue we designate (to be finalized).
